My coaching practice is woman centered, with a feminist approach that emphasizes mindfulness and self love.
I have an undergraduate degree in human services, a graduate degree in neuroscience, and a second graduate degree in psychology. I’ve also completed several additional college and private training programs in coaching and mindfulness. I’m a certified life coach, and I have additional certifications in mindfulness coaching and life purpose coaching. I continue to cultivate my skills in working with folks plagued by people pleasing, poor boundaries, and who wish to develop stronger self worth.
My approach
I offer an initial package of 4 sessions to be completed in 4-6 weeks. This allows us to examine the core issues you wish to work on and establish the best activities that would help you achieve your goal(s). We can then continue week by week, at your choosing, to build in whatever accountability and reflection you’ll continue to need. Some clients work with me for just those 4 sessions, others work with me for a year. I’m flexible to your needs!
